Account Deletion
You can delete your Hayaa account from inside the app, or from this page if you have lost access to your device.
If you still have the app
Open Hayaa and go to Settings → Privacy → Delete Account. The in-app flow is the fastest path and gives you a confirmation immediately.
If you have lost access
Email us from the address you used to register your account. We will confirm and delete your data within 30 days.
How to request deletion
Send a short email to support@hayaa.io from the address you registered with. We will reply with confirmation and delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
Please include in your email:
- The email used to register your account
- A clear request to delete the account (e.g. "Please delete my Hayaa account")
- Optional: a reason, if you'd like to share one

Email button not working?
Some browsers and devices don't have a mail client configured. In that case, open your email manually and send a message to support@hayaa.io with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
What we delete
Your authentication record, profile, streak history, journal entries, AI conversation history, community posts and replies, partner relationships, and push tokens — all permanently removed within 30 days of request.
What we may retain
Limited records required by law, such as subscription transaction records (for tax compliance), or records strictly necessary to prevent fraud or resolve open disputes. We retain only the minimum and apply tight access controls. Aggregated, de-identified data that cannot reasonably be tied back to you may be kept indefinitely.
